Directed By Sammo Hung
Yuen Biao is the pampered son of a wealthy businessman who discovers his kung fu training has been a sham. He struggles to learn real kung fu (Wing Chun) from an effeminate Chinese opera performer (Lam Ching Ying) and his oddball brother (Sammo Hung).
The Prodigal Son is arguably the best film Sammo Hung has directed. It has been praised by aficionados for its detail in portraying the Wing Chun style of kung fu.
The film lives up to its reputation and stands the test of time as an entertaining action film and a homage to the comedic conventions of classic chop-socky films.

Sungi, a female spy is sent to infiltrate the Chinese headquarters, along the way she falls in love with one of her enemies. But is this true love or a ploy? Can the Five Elements ever be defeated, and why does Sungi wear fishnet outfits?
Great costumes and an array of special weapons make for an unforgettable martial arts experience. One of the few martial arts films where the good guys wear matching white silk disco suits with capes. – a HOP-FU must see.
